We've been putting in the hard yards and providing next-level service all the way back since Dave Cole and Alan Bull first started Advance Electrical with just one branch in a shed (it was a big one) in Montgomery Crescent, Upper Hutt.

Since then we've grown to 6 branches covering Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua, Palmerston North and our newest store (opening just weeks before Covid) in Kapiti.  We've keep to our roots though with our support office still based in Upper Hutt.

We're extremely proud to be 100% locally owned and operated by a team of shareholders who all work in the company. 

We have a very strong industrial bent and are currently the largest supplier to the commercial fit out business in Wellington.
